How does billing work?

We bill based on your selected plan, either monthly or annually. For the Starter and Professional plans, you'll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. For Enterprise plans, custom billing arrangements can be made.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The new charges will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you exceed your plan limits, we'll notify you and provide options to upgrade to a higher plan or pay for additional usage at our standard overage rates. We'll never cut off your service without warning.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after your trial.
